The city will host the annual Vacaville Recreation Expo on Saturday, March 2nd at the Ulatis Community Center 1000 Ulatis Dr, Vacaville, CA 95687 from 8:00am -12:00pm. 

This free event is an opportunity to talk to instructors and find camps and classes for the family.  There will be discounts, drawings, prizes, demonstrations and more!

Stop by the Pena Adobe Historical Society’s booth to learn about the City of Vacaville’s historical park and adjacent museum and pick up information on this summer’s Camp Adobe!  Meet the volunteers who conduct a variety of tasks in addition to Camp Adobe, which include research, conducting presentations at the Adobe, local schools, and the community.  If you enjoy the Pena Adobe join us at this year’s summer camp!

The Pena Adobe Park is located just off Interstate 80 at Pena Adobe Road.  The center of attraction at the 1 1/2 acre historic park is one of the oldest structures in Solano County, the Pena Adobe, California Historical Landmark #534 and the former home of the Pena family.  The park also includes the Mowers-Goheen Museum, the Willis Linn Jepson Memorial Garden, Indian Council Ground and picnic and recreation facilities.
